I would like to talk about how people mistreated health food as food for weight loss. Basically, every person in this planet consumes food, and food brings energy to us after they've been digested and absorb by our body. What many of us fail to realized is, the amount of calories per serving in these health food are usually spelt on a general basis. The breakfast cereal I had on my had has a recommendation of 100g per serving, for a standard person whose burn 2000 calories a day. Here's the problem, I can only burn 1800 a day since I'm a shorter Asian dude. Even if I follow the recommended serving, I'm actually over consume calories to my body, I will NOT go slim unless I work extra to burn the excess if I follow the recommended serving. Once again, I would like to emphasize I'm not here to go on hardcore diet and starve myself to lose weight. I wanna eat my regular food, but I wanna do it right. I wanna get active so I can look healthy. I'm just going to eat the right servings instead of over eating but that's all. Let's see how all these workout and eating right bring an effect to me in 2019.

今天我是想来和大家分享一下关于健康食品的份量和卡路里的迷思。很多人都错误以为健康食品就可以减肥,其实不一定。重要是摄取份量如果控制不当,吃得越多,长得越胖。就那我手头上的早餐毂粮为例,平均建议摄取量是一百克。不过要注意,是给一个每天可以消耗2000卡路里的人。那么现在问题来了,我的身体只能烧1800卡路里,那么这个份量对我来说就变成过多了,换句话说我除了日常生活的活动还需要多做运动把多余的热量烧掉,不然就很容易累积脂肪。我再一次向大家强调,我这一次减肥不是要节食来让自己瘦下来。我要吃,我还是贪吃,我要吃得适合的份量。我要继续运动,就算以后瘦不下来我也要有一个健康的体格。我们就来看看这2019会把我变成什么样子吧。
