Stream of consciousness is just speaking to the camera all in one take. Or it can be done in several and edited together, so it's a quick process.
Cool. I've just filmed it, so I'll be putting it up on DTube later on today :)
I find it hard to do, I always run out of things to say and have a long pause and end up having to cut lots of clips together. I guess I'll have to get better.
