Dtube Vlog #2: Live from STACH's first Seminar/Meetup for the year 2018.

in #dtube6 years ago (edited)

Yesterday was the first time I visited the Hub in 2018 and it also turned out to be our first Seminar and Meetup with members of the MinnowSchool present.
The MinnowSchool is a STACH project being run and managed by @Bait002 and it is meant to provide an education for Steemians offline and in the university of Port Harcourt. The idea was to be able to make it easy for these new users to get first hand mentorship from existing Steemians and there is a Whatsapp group that caters for these individuals.

Being at the hub helps one think and then create creatively because when you walk into the Hub, you walk into a decentralized country of some sorts that is different from the one you are used to. WHY?
FREE and UNINTERRUPTED WiFi and ELECTRICITY, CONDUCIVE WORKING SPACES and Countless CREATIVE COMMONS whose target is to change the world. So Welcome to my world!

I Feel Blessed!

We are decentralizing the offline with the STACH project and like something that isn't meant to be because it is way ahead of its time, we are making the world a better place for someone.

Watch out for more videos as we launch the second Steem Accelerator Hub in Uyo on 20th January 2018.

The Steem Accelerator Hub is changing the way we collaborate and participate in various online activities offline and it feels good to be a part of this movement.

Soon, our communities will become physical as we have always hoped.

The people are rising and creating the world they want to see and live in. Join the offline decentralization movement.

Make the world a better place for someone today!

You're so nice for commenting on this post. For that, I gave you a vote!

I love seeing the STACH updates, great job guys!

It was a defining moment for all of us. Sharing your experience with us, how it all began, and your struggles was so inspiring. @maduprecious said "I'm inspired and I won't give up, @ejemai was just like me". @meenee also said "I came to see steemit from a different perspective entirely ". For some it was just a visit, but I am glad that a huge majority got the message in the visit. Most have been liberated and their energy renewed to keep facing the challenges that the community brings head-on. Thanks @ejemai

Congratulations
And also a great thanks to you for all you have done here on steemit and trying to make steemit a better place for we Nigerians
