DTube - Cannot Upload Video!

I'm trying out DTube for the first time. When I go on Upload Video, I select the file and it starts playing locally and I see the circle turning indicating it's working. However, if I look at my network monitor, there's no activity whatsoever. No data is being sent. I tried with both Firefox and Chrome, and neither work.

How do I get upload to work with DTube?
