This application works very well, I once tried one of the catalog that offers the Play Store, and I did the exercises but I did not read the instructions and I was under tension, it is very important to read the instructions hahaha.
The two I furnished above are both GmbH workout module. One of them are fully free coach program. The other have some module in it, but need to subscribe if needed their customize coach service. And they're video guidance, so you don't need to read anything 🙂
