You are quite right, anger as they say destroys a whole lots that may never be restructured again.A broken glass can never attain its mode of perfection again and this us what anger does.Buy this emotion breaks men and make them look like babies throwing tantrum..I have been there and I am learning to find my way back into the patience world.Thanks for sharing
