I just dont see 30$ of steem as a big deal, the payouts are a secondary thing . the primary idea of @cartoontv is to have these classic cartoons accessible by everyone and stored permanently on the blockchain, . Steemit is a social networking site, not a site to make money off of I am sharing cartoons the same way i would in a facebok group, the difference is the "ad" revenue goes to making more cartoons available and accessible
