I had a boss who treated everybody in the office fair, she made everyone feel important, even the tea lady.
And when she sees the incredulous looks on some, she'd explain that thanks to the tea lady's wonderful coffee, she was in a good mood to get the meeting started on a good note.
They understood the importance of the tea lady then... hahaha
