Thoughts On Venezuela and Regime Change

Self-proclaimed Venezuelan President Juan Guaido is attempting to overthrow the government of Maduro and the U.S. sends their best wishes or more. It’s an open secret the U.S. intelligence community engages in coups, but that’s big brained super secret national security stuff that is out of the hands of the American people. Is this cloak and dagger meddling justified? Is there any Constitutional basis or is it just a conveniently gaping loophole? Last I checked it was an act of war to overthrow foreign governments. Weird how Congress doesn’t need to declare war and the American people get no say in it.
