I know it is a bit confusing but I try to explain:
diytube is supporting DIY content, music and art on DTube
the decision to upvote will be done by human steemians who are in the official team
You can delegate steep power to the service to raise the upvote power
All delegators receive the steem (steem and steem power) and sbd back, which is generated by the upvotes, posts and comments made by @diytube
I would not say it is like a bidbot because the content is searched manually and not via a bid. But you receive back steem and sbd like when you delegate to a bidbot.
