I hope I'm wrong but I think bitcoin will stay around about its current price for quite a while. Just because of a lack confidence in the market, like you say investors lost a lot of money. It was easy for small investors to invest when they seen it skyrocket with loads of stories of people getting rich and nobody losing, but now they have seen the price plummet and people lose a lot its not a sure thing anymore.
