I don't think you're crazy at all! I think you've made the right decision for yourself by living by your own free will and self determination instead of toiling your life away at a job you may hate and dread waking up each morning to make someone else wealthy. I would love to do the same as you and live off the grid in an intentional community with free spirited, freedom loving individuals!
