that's the only way you can have proof of stake which makes it the same like any company your basically just selling shares which can be traded in 5 seconds.
Ripple is POS? lol. What companies have cryptos that have POS? just name one.
Ripple uses “Proof of Correctness”: Neo uses proof of stake. There is certainly a use case for them and I wouldn't just dismiss them.
