I am still to read what is that Keto stuff. Have heard about it a couple of times but really have no idea what type of foods and diet that allow 🤔

The Keto diet is basically a low carb moderate protein and high fat diet, but it is just not a diet because there are all kinds of benefits, not necessarily just losing weight. The idea is that you train you body to burn fat more, instead of relying on carbs. There are all kinds of foods that you can eat on that diet. But also a lot that you aren't supposed to eat. Some people swear by the diet and it has great results for them. It has worked wonders for my brother.
