1: bread crab (500-600 grams); 2: eggs (three); 3: scallion (5 grams); 4: salt (1-2 grams).
Step:
1: Wash the crab first, then put the shallot and bread crab into the pot and steam for 7-10 minutes;
2: Take out the steamed breaded crab and pry it out from behind the crab shell;
3: Remove the crab mouth and meat tendons, keep only the part of the crab yellow, and then crush the crab yellow;

5: Carefully wrap the crab shell with tin foil, then put it into the pot and steam for 10 minutes.
Note: 1: When steaming the crab for the first time, be sure to put the shallot under the crab, which can remove the astringency of the crab; 2: Be sure to remove the mouth and muscles after opening the steamed crab; 3: How much egg liquid is poured into the crab shell depends on the actual situation; 4: How much salt can be put in as needed; 5: When tin foil is wrapped in the crab shell, be careful not to spill the egg liquid.
