Ethereum scaling has really hurt it a lot in my opinion. With cryptokitties coming in and the whole situation thereafter, a lot seem to have lost a bit of confidence in Ethereum. I really like the technology behind Cardano and EOS, could maybe compete with Ethereum later on in the future.
