Sunset Yoga Timelapse Video (Yoga Challenge - Day 1)
I recently ran across the Daily Yoga Challenge that @dayleeo started. I keep saying that I want to "do more yoga" and thought that January 1st seemed like the perfect time to start a 30 day yoga challenge.
We had a beautiful day where I live, and so I decided to head down to the park at sunset and do a timelapse video. I may do more timelapse videos in the 30 day challenge because it will help keep me accountable! Also, it will help me to see how my flexibility improves over the challenge. It's crazy how a 15 minute yoga session can be compressed into 30 seconds!
@dayleeo provided some great resources for yoga classes, but since I was heading outdoors I just kind of free-styled it. I am a beginner yogi and am excited to do more of these classes to expand my skill set. As much as I love doing yoga outdoors, it was literally FREEZING and so many of my timelapse videos may be shot in my home dance studio instead.

Haha that’s a great idea!! Omg I am SO sore today... I think I’ll be doing a lot of stretching and child’s pose in my practice today. :)

I started the Shine Bright blog last week because I kept feeling torn about posting short form content on @coruscate. There are so many little interesting moments in the day that would be fun to share on platforms like steepshot and zappl, not to mention tons of fun contests and challenges! I really want to keep my content on coruscate super consistent - so this is where I can do all those fun, quick posts.
Anyway, thanks again for the idea to do a 30 Day Yoga Challenge! I’m stoked to finally start up a regular practice. I am planning to do a class from the website you suggest today. How cool to find a free resource like that!
