First of all...THANK YOU to everyone who has been excited with us over the Superbowl Commercial! When we get together this week we will film a little video talking about it! Cheesy topic? Maybe... but it was honestly kind of fun to dig into those huge life questions. Per usual - we got a little off track in part one and so be sure to come back for part two to hear us answer even more questions. (I promise we only discuss Ned's hair in part one ya'll)

What is the Steem Sister Show All About?

We aim to bring more “non-crypto” related content to the Steem Blockchain. Although there is nothing wrong with this kind of content– we want to help create a better onboarding experience for new users. We talk a lot about attracting new users to the platform – but if the trending page is filled with crypto posts and flagging wars, they are likely to lose interest quickly.

We hope that by creating content that is more similar to what they are used to seeing on other social media sites – they will feel more excited about being here and creating content of their own!

How Does It Work?

We pick a different theme every week, and then throw totally random questions about that topic in a hat and go back and forth. We always have a mix of our own questions and some audience questions. Our rule is that we cannot tell each other our answers before filming! So you guys are getting our raw, unfiltered reactions here.

Every episode we announce the next week’s topic so people can submit questions.

The Next Topic: Therapy

We could NOT be more excited for this topic! As someone (Lea) who has done multiple types of therapy or energy healing sessions over the years - I really see the value in working through deep seeded issues with a professional. The reason we decided to pick this topic is because this week Mary will be going to a therapist for the FIRST time! I can't wait to hear all about her thoughts and experiences and so we thought it would be a great topic.
