I would add to this Idea something like this..
teaching people that is out of the country and earn money in other currencies.. try to get support from them and help to this iniciative and other like this one inside of venezuela and why not maybe help in other places that need this kind of help.
that way we could easyle create a whale to support the academy to teach, make invest in order to create new jobs on Farming, reforms, cleaning services, fishing. The people create the whale and the whale create jobs.
