Ski Resort Gingerbread House - We Are The North, BC Winter Games 2020

Hi Guys!

Do you ski? I do not 🤣 So weird when you are from snowy country, no skiing, no skateboarding, no skating 🤣😜🤣😜

Our town next year (February 2020) is the host of BC Winter Games, so our gingerbread competition this year set a theme on the sports.

So we made a SKI RESORT gingerbread house this year, focusing on Alpine Skiing (as one of the games that will be held on BC Winter Games).

Here are the ingredients for the cookies/house pieces!

2 flax eggs
3 1/4 c flour
1/2 c molasses (divide)
1 tsp BSoda
A pinch of salt
1 tsp each ginger powder, cinnamon powder, all spice powder
1/2 c palm sugar
8 tbsp vegetable shortening
