That is strange - I looked it up, I still see 40,000 missing. A number of videos have recorded it. of course, they could defuse by adding cut outs to pump it back up. Thanks Ebon!
Actually, they updated after midnight. I checked again, and sure enough, only 18,367 user ratings.
