Thi-js. Tutorials. pt2

This is my second video. In it, I show how the work below is created.👀 I do mainly talk random stuff about my shoot with this beautiful model, and I am not talking you through everything step by step, for that would make the tutorial over an hour long. (Snapseed and Facetune)
I would love to ask you the following things:

  • What do you think about a video such as this?
  • Do you like the colored or black & white version better?
  • What does Chloë makes you feel like?

I did decide to give the great platform Dtube a shot for this video. I thought when experimenting, why not do everything differently! You do have to click on the first image above to see the video play! 📽️

As always thanks for your time, I hope you enjoyed this. Feedback is always appreciated!

"Emotions are there to be expressed, not to be suppressed and bottled up. I do photography in order to take my mind away from the dilemma's I encounter during my medical internships."

thi-js. Out.

Up-vote, re-steem and follow

Sort:

Image 1: I just thought she looked tired, lol
Image 2: Now, and perhaps this is from listening to you and thus being influenced a bit, I got more the feeling that she is keeping something to herself, something that she is anxious to tell me but feels like she has to.
Image 3: Completely different emotions altogether. Looks more "pure" and just beautiful.

He mate! that was a quick and elaborate response!
That's the magic of editing. You are painting a different reality. This is indeed me showing how to create a different feeling! I love how you are telling me the different tints do influence the feeling you get from them quite a lot. I do even agree with you on the Black and White is the most intense one, for me the clear winner.
So great that you were willing to spend the time doing so!

I really like to get this kind of behind-the-scenes view and also to get to know some of your thoughts about your motivation.
Personally I would even love to get a more detailed step-by-step explanation of your process, though.

But it's a very good start and wants me to see more of it. (Maybe you should try to avoid the ambient sound next time ;-)

I like the black and white version best, because it really gives the darker feeling, that I wouldn't have expected from the original image.

The sweet taste of feedback! Noted and will work om it!
Maybe I will do a more elaborate tutorial in the near future to cover your (and maybe other's) needs =)
The black and white seems to be steems favorite of the 2!

I took some time until I got which software you used and that you did all editing on an android tablet. Maybe you should mention that at the beginning of each tutorial-video, so that people, who didn't view the other tutorials get an idea of what you're doing.

It would also be great, if you'd pick just one or two techniques in every tutorial video, that you describe in more detail. I also would be interested in getting insights in your shooting and scouting process ;-)

You got it sir! Next video will be about maybe not one full portrait but about one specific part of my editing process! And I sure as hell will not try t do the talking on the streets anymore haha. Will just do the easy bedroom solo talking guy move!

Ps.this is also my 500th post! (this comment is)

The emotions change all together in all the three versions. Mast(not medical😡 but hindi spoken👌) Editing.
P.S. 'the dilemmas during the internship' is Epic. I can Understand 😂😂😂

HHa did you just taught me some Hindu there? And the dilemmas are quite harsh sometimes.. So this is a great way out mentally.

t.

He there! Did you mean the editing video or the photo? 📸
