CONTEMPLATION
Often when we encounter a difficult situation we become afraid. At the time we need courage most, we are filled with fear and anxiety. These feelings deplete our energy and we find it difficult to do anything to change the situation.

APPLICATION
When I understand how much potential I truly have, I find the courage to take one step forward. With each step taken with courage, there is a hundred-fold help received. When I face my fears and step forward courageously, I am able to make a lot of progress.
