IPFS Error while uploading

Hi,

I recently signed up for steemit and dtube. I am trying to upload my first video. The video uploaded the first time I tried, but I then had to back out. Now when I try to upload it, I get the IPFS error. I am using Google Chrome on an Android. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
