Terrorism is a byproduct of authority. The solution isn't more authority as that will make terrorism worse. The real solution is disintermediation and loss of central control. Distribution of data, resources and sovereignty should be sent back to the source. DApps will come in the future which will finalize the process set in motion with the P2P solution to the byzantine generals problem of making authority obsolete. Consensus algorithms will determine scope of political issues and attempt to localize as much as possible. Other larger issues (such as nuclear power) will have much larger scope. But globalization needs to become a thing of the past.

It's dangerous to have central points of failure. We need to fix this or it is only a matter of time before some "authority" makes a fatal mistake that ends the planet.
