Hey SteemSquad and DTubeNation!

So I purchased a smartlav+ by Rode and as you'll see the results are ridiculously good. It's these small upgrades that can make your videos amazingly good.

Please say hi! I'd love to meet everyone on here and talk about cryptos and life 👊

That is a great upgrade which I should put in my wish list as well. I mean a windshield for my handy recorder would probably be nice but as I don’t have the opportunity to mount it on my camera I guess your solution will be much more comfortable for outdoor vlogging.
This might make the micromuff totally obsolete again. Damn... and I haven’t even tried it out really. This is all evolving too fast, haha. My gear cannot keep up! :D

The micromuff is still good in certain situations. I did have to convert one of the g7x clips to 24 frames per second to sync up properly with the audio

Okay? I haven’t faced problems with external audio sync yet...

its only cause default g7x shoots at 60 framper second and audio record sin 24 frames per second

I see, that makes sense... I guess^^ Never mind. Good video anyways. I upvoted. God bless ;)

Quality sounds great man. Nice purchase and hope you use yours more than I use mine, haha.

Your audio is always so good! What mic do you currently use for your videos?

Almost always the Rode Video Mic Pro Plus

that smooth crisp Cap Bob secret has been revealed!

shhhhhhh don't tell anybody :)

it's safe with me, Cap!

All these tech tips man your becoming inspector gadget ahaha u remember him? @dtubefitness for life

They'll be a lot more tech tips as I'm slowly upgrading all my gear haha

This was a great video! One of my buddies texted me the other day telling me one of my paris videos was great but got very distracting with the wind sound. (granted the weather was pretty bad the day I filmed.) But I'm looking into a cheap option to boost my audio in scenes where I'm far away from the camera

Smartlav+ all the way! Or get the micromuff for smaller cameras

Very nice! I am looking at this thing myself!
It sure sounds good! :)

Thanks for the video! You sold it to me :D

It's crazy cheap as well! Helps when you're away from the camera as well

The sound quality is nice, but your buttery-smooth-face quality is better. Why are you tappin' that? Tap dat.

tap that all on the floor. tap that, give me some more. tap that

Wow, really big difference and a much deeper sound (and clearer)

Thanks for the recommendation. I plan on getting much more 'mobile' in the coming weeks with my content, so this helped a ton.

Jump on it, Jon! It's perfect for mobile

Yeah man, it sounded great. I did a video today just using my phone...Urgh.

Nice change in audioquality.

Cheers, Liquid!

So currently I'm using my samsung phone with Sennheiser earbuds with inline mic. Would something like that be better?
Peace.

Nah, it sounds good. Just watch out for that clicking noise

Thanks @kevinli, I think that clicking was the mic knocking against me when being over animated :) Ill try clipping the cord to my shirt :)
Peace.
