DUBAI, a land full of warm sand and beautiful sunsets

I had the opportunity of visiting Dubai last year. All i had known about it is tall buildings and flashy cars, men in long white robes with their fancy accessories :p. I knew i was going to go, not afford as much places, get broke and crawl all the way back home.
It wasnt hot, it wasnt cold either, so i got to go places, mostly i couldnt afford :p.
Two moments stood out.
One was after a day at the wild wadi water park, I was forced to walk for a few blocks to get a taxi and while doing so i decided to take a detour. owwwwh, it was on 31st December... i got to witness a quiet moment in an ever busy flashy city and the last sunset of the year (see photos).
A week before, i had gone to a point away from the city, for a desert safari (guys!!! it is not overrated, if you ever go to Dubai, go for a desert safari!). It was lots of sand, hot tea (karak), good company and a beautiful vibe.
Dubai is more than all that is flushy, it has a warm aura to it.
Indeed, Dubai is beautiful.
