using a sampler is not plagiarizing unless you are using an other artists copyrighted sample. All music software comes with in built samples and other samples have to be paid for so the copyright is released.
I use an ableton push which plays samples but the samples come with the software so there are no copyright issues.

Not sure what your talking about.. All of my content is original and I own the copyrights for the sounds as well and the production software.
