Abolishing Homework

Introduction

Nobody likes homework. Kids coming home from school want to rest, not go to school again! If students get too much homework, they feel overwhelmed and can’t enjoy their childhood.

Opinion 1 (teachers)

Some educators want lots of homework. The reason is for money. For example, hagwon teachers want to brag about the students’ scores to attract more students and earn more money. This approach does not focus on students’ education, but rather financial gain. Therefore, too much homework can benefit the teachers instead of the students.

Opinion 2 (reduce)

However, some students think that homework should be reduced.
They can get stressed out and have a hard time finding time to exercise to reduce the stress.
It also leads to copying or cheating on the homework.
