Brownies
1 Minute Brownies recipe (Microwave Brownie):
20 g (1 ½ tbsp) Butter
30 g ( 1 ounce )Dark Chocolate 70% Cocoa ( Please use GOOD quality chocolate, DON'T use chocolate chips as they contain sugar ).
30 g ( 2 tbsp) Sugar
20 g ( 1½ tbsp) Room temp Milk ( Don't use cold milk )
45 g ( 4½ tbsp) All purpose flour
Pinch of Salt
Chocolate Chunks
The container I used is 10x10 cm( 4x4 inch) . You can also use a wide mug or tea cup.
PLEASE READ: Every microwave is different. The cook time in your microwave could be anywhere between 1 minute and 1 minute and 15 seconds. Check the brownie after 1 minute. DO NOT over bake. Once it comes out of the oven you have 2 options: You can either enjoy it right away with a spoon or allow the brownie to cool 15-20 minutes to allow it to set.
