First, go to the store and buy the ingredients. Next, go home and wash the ingredients well. Slice the vegetables and fry them separately in a frying pan. Wash the spinach well to get rid of the sand. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for about 5 to 10 seconds. Don’t forget to season the spinach with soy sauce, sesame oil, and some salt. Put rice in a stone pot and cook on the fire. Then put the prepared ingredients on the rice. On top, put a fried egg and don’t forget the red pepper sauce. You can put 1 spoon of sesame oil and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top if you want. Mix the toppings into the rice and enjoy!
