Evidence for a continuous decline in lower stratospheric ozone

Imagine in the red belt of the earth's atmosphere ozone is gone down to 40%? Still afraid of global warming and the terrorist (whoever came up with this word terrorist, because they are all just criminals). Afraid? Future... full of surprises!
