Eat ONLY when hungry

We tend to think we must eat three square meals per day, plus/minus a few snacks in between each meal. Nonsense! If you feel like that’s what you need to do, then your body’s most likely in a state of glucosis, and is not maximizing its energy output most effectively.I think eat only when Hungry.
We eat more often in the day that our energy will be restored but we do not think we need this time now.We fill Stomach of energies as much as possible.It can worsen your health.I will advise you people, Eat when needed, Eat as much as possible.
