Summary SC30W1 | Placemats

In the first week of the challenges on Steemit, we started by making some Placemats. These would be made with fabric scraps.The goal was to reduce waste, reuse scraps or fabrics from discarded clothes, and recycle all those fabrics that are often stored away.

Statistically speaking, This initial week, 15 entries were submitted, joining the ecological challenge of the 3 Rs.

Several stood out. Among them were:
@sualeha y @blessedlife.
They stood out because they gave their all when undertaking this challenge. Neither of them had a sewing machine. But that didn't stop them from doing the activity, and they did it by hand. In other words, they stood out this week in demonstrating their manual skills.

This first week I was also surprised by the participation of gentlemen. We had several, and among them we can highlight @mueeinislam and @bossl23., They stood out greatly because, despite knowing how to sew, they didn't impose their tastes or knowledge. Rather, they simply did exactly what the challenge asked. I truly appreciate that.

Finally, we have our friend @marito74, a woman who has been developing her sewing skills thanks to #learnwithsteemitShe has been a good student, very diligent. This way I leave here the 5 outstanding participants of week 1.

I'd like to mention that this challenge has its guidelines, one of which is to create a test video. I mentioned earlier that we could post the YouTube link. But it's better to work directly with Speem.

This challenge can also attract attention outside the platform if we promote it on social media as X. So it's important that you include the link in your entry. Finally, and no less important, is to comment on the contributions of colleagues. Even if you're the first to post, be sure to comment later. Remember that by doing so, you're exchanging ideas. This encourages those of us who post in the challenges.
