Don't worry about which one is "better"—they are two sides of the same coin! One provides the facts, and the other provides the action. To find your answer, ask yourself these three questions:

1. Where do I want to be sitting? (In a forest/lab or in a meeting room?)
2. What kind of "win" makes me happy? (Discovering a new data pattern or successfully implementing a new recycling program for a whole city?)
3. Do I want to study the problem or manage the solution?

At the end of the day, the world needs both the scientist to tell us what’s happening and the manager to make sure we actually do something about it. Whichever door you walk through, just make sure you're walking through it with purpose! ✨
