Central Community College just snagged a massive achievement, and we are absolutely here for it! They’ve officially earned a Gold rating from the STARS program (which stands for Sustainability Tracking, Assessment & Rating System, for those who like fancy names).
Now, you might be thinking, "A Gold rating? Is this an Olympic thing?" Not quite, but it's just as impressive! Think of STARS as the ultimate "green report card" for colleges. To get that Gold, CCC had to prove they are doing serious work to protect our planet—covering everything from how they use energy and water to how they manage waste.
