It's funny you point that out because I've thinking the exact same thing recently when I read it on the news that these big banks were being fined for colluding to downgrade the Pound's value against the dollar. What shocks me is that they were fined a percentage for it. A hungry kid on the other hand walks into a Mcdonalds and steals a burger but a fine is not on the table, only prison time lol.
