In this interview Harley talks about the economy, how the economy under Obama which was handed off to Trump has never recovered. Trump plan is to join China's belt and road. The deep state will not allow Trump undue the globalist framework they put into place over the many years. Trump is working to set the economy up for after the reset of the system.
I am not sure what to believe but I certainly wish that wisdom prevails and we move towards manufacturing and trading as a vehicle for growth instead of war.

Very insightful and accurate IMHO. Look at where he is going this week (Saudi -- Petro Dollar, Israel - you know , Pope -- you know again) and then G7 ...he is certainly going to convey a message.
