RE: Sustainable Integrative Medicine - pipe dream or future reality?

i couldn't agree more.. especially after being the recipient of your amazing holistic skills..

I think countries like India, Thailand, TIbet, China and others already have that ancient and valuable knowledge still respected and known even by allopathic doctors.. Therefore it doesnt take so much change for them to integrate these practices into their approach..

Western medicine however has an extremely short and limited scope of history. We dont have to look far back to see barbaric butchering practices that they used to employ. There is just not wisdom for them to draw on without having to step onto a very steep learning curve.

That is why in my last post i recommended people to in the West to buy a plane ticket and go see a doctor that still has some good knowledge..

BUT as you rightly say, first port of call should be a holistic doctor every time.. Allopathy should absolutely be a last resort!

thanks for this!
