Love the work you are doing with the Karen refugees to help them develop a new stream of income!
I could feel that tension when you make a snip and know it from working in my own gardens that we struggled to develop - pruning the branches or removing some of the fruits (like in apples) so you get bigger fruits. I find it so difficult for it took so many years to get it to bloom then you are removing some of those fruits, but it is all for the better.
Glad you could share your knowledge to give them a better yield on those young neem trees!
