I used to get annoyed at hubs for pruning my fave trees. DON'T TAKE OFF SO MUCH!! I'd wail, in love with the splendiforousity (it's a word, I just made it up) of the foliage. But I knew that it would help the tree, so I would grudgingly say okay, do it, but I can't watch..... After a while, I realised it'd only be a short amount of time before the tree or shrub would bounce back even BETTER! Grevillea due well for a hard prune.

I love how these soldiers are now learning NURTURE - just warms my heart thinking about it.
