Video Editing Essentials - Storage Drive vs Editing Drive [DTube Exclusive]
Some people think that you can just edit on any hard drive. But what's most effective is if you keep 2 different types of drives. One called a archive or storage drive and one faster drive (I prefer solid states) as an editing drive. I had some drives come in today so I thought I'd share how I go through my editing process.

Yes I build my Lenovo's with SSD install the OS and Premier pro then drag the SD and start. I also have a spinning blue drive for long storage.
Your becoming quit the tech these days my brother :) I really enjoy watching your Vids..
My cost is $180. for a i5 4thgen with the SSD HP drive, it beats the $800 dell"s. I install and config the systems to maximize speed and simplicity...sold 3 just this week,,, Just having fun with it ..
I used to do the same to the 386 and install SCSI drives and they were amazed! so funny,, I'm so old.....
