RE: I had a special day with special kids last Friday || Picnic with special needs children ||
I really enjoyed seeing the big kid - YOU - in the bumper car. It made me smile.
You were all very polite drivers. I haven't done that for a long time, but I remember from childhood a lot of fast collisions with other cars.
I'm glad your kids had it to themselves, you did a great job ensuring it was an enjoyable experience. I have been doing some reading about sensory processing and spectrum disorders recently, it is not a simple task to cater to an entire group of people!
Thanks for sharing your wonderful day.
You are a very impressive man Mohammed, you don't let the world get you down for too long. You inspire me very much to get up and keep trying.
It was first time I drove Bumper car. I was careful to avoid collisions so the kids don't get hurt. Seriously, I never had opportunity to go such luxury park during childhood. I feel if I could sit in mini train now, and enjoy many other things I have never tried :D
The most enjoyable thing was football, the kids was so responsive and this was great. parents and teachers were happy seeing their performance. It is very rare to see such kids get outdoor facilities.
I feel happy that you liked the post. All the best with your research on autism and it is one of my best field I am interested to work. @r2cornell is a great man who works as volunteer to support and empower people with disorder , He is great human being and I trust he has many resources if you like to read or research. Thank you for trying and beating all difficulties. Love and peace.
