I purchase my eggs locally. I had a the opportunity to get several dozen eggs last month. I dehydrated them, and have added them to my pantry. Now, I don't need electricity to keep eggs for a year or so. Yippee for dehydration, it really works.
We dehydrated eggs once. I wasn't too pleased with the outcome - probably because it was our first try, or perhaps because I was not reconstituting them properly.
