Alexandria from the sky

On the flight from Cairo to Frankfurt Germany, I was able to take a snapshot of Alexandria. If someone has the opportunity to visit this city, you should not miss it. The ancient library, built by Ptolemy I in the 3rd century BC, had up to 700,000 scrolls. On 16.10.2002 the library was reopened as Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
