There's always a deep affection that intoxicates the autumn wind, and always a fleeting moment that lingers for the rest of one's life.

Sometimes, we suddenly realize: life isn't as perfect as we imagined.

Every day, we wake up early, squeeze onto the subway, rush to our desks, and face mountains of tasks, our coffee getting cold three times over. Behind the busyness lies silently endured pressure and unnoticed vulnerabilities.

Our friends rarely mention their own difficulties, yet a simple "Are you okay?" always carries countless unspoken grievances and uncommunicated sorrows.

Everyone is living a tough life,

There's confusion, anxiety, and a quiet sinking self-doubt:

Am I the only one feeling this year is harder than the past few?

Am I the only one stuck in the same place, afraid I'm not good enough for the life you want?

Actually, you're not alone.

The older we get, the more we realize that in the adult world, "tired" is on everyone's lips, but few ask, "Are you really in pain?"

We can be unhappy for a long, long time, and unwilling to share our troubles with others for a long, long time. Some things are best left unsaid—too superficial might bother others, too profound might be seen as weakness.

On the contrary, the one who understands you best,

might be the friend who chats with you late at night, the warm water by your window, or a perfectly sunny evening when you suddenly feel less lonely walking down the street.

Unhappiness, stress, lack of understanding, and striving without seeing results—none of these are your fault.

Who doesn't struggle with reality while gritting their teeth and moving forward, occasionally offering a moment of tenderness to themselves?

Humans, despite shedding many tears, are also used to pretending everything is alright in the morning light.

But reason tells us that this kind of life doesn't require you to constantly deceive yourself.

If you feel uneasy for a moment, allow yourself to relax;

If you feel you can't bear it, allow yourself a little indulgence now and then;

You deserve to be treated gently,

including your "imperfect" self.

Ultimately, most people don't crave an absolutely perfect life;

more, they hope that deep affection,

can be hidden in the trivialities, hidden in the seasons, and in the rest of their lives.

For example, you feel a breeze in the autumn wind by the roadside,

and suddenly you realize you're not alone;

For example, when a hot meal awaits you at home every day,

you feel that meal is a form of salvation.

Even if reality is truly difficult and unfair,

you can still secretly and gently anticipate your future.

Because,

every complex emotion,

deserves to be understood;

every deep affection hidden in the seasons,

has the potential to fight back against life's hardships.

You don't have to be outstanding, you don't have to be brave, you can be ordinary—

you can even occasionally feel irritable, want to escape, or be dissatisfied with yourself.

That's okay.

You don't need to live like a character in a script, carefree and resilient;

those bad days you feel you "can't get through,"

are often footnotes to growth.

Perhaps no one will fully understand your grievances and perseverance,

but you are truly living each day earnestly,

and loving yourself with all your might.

Life is short,

you don't need to mend all the wounds at once.

Take your time, try to reconcile with yourself step by step.

Someday, as the seasons change,

you'll find that before anyone truly loved you, you had already hidden your vulnerability and weathered many autumn winds and fleeting years.

This is your deep affection,

perhaps unknown to anyone, but it can completely enrich the rest of your life.

There will always be someone who understands you,

even if they aren't by your side right now,

but you must believe:

Deep affection is the warmth hidden in the seasons, and also the strength life bestows upon you.

Don't be afraid of anxiety and confusion, because we are all the same.

You can take your time.

You deserve to be treated gently by life.

If a story emerges, if you want to leave a few words behind,

this is a place where emotions can find rest.
