I think the main difficulty when searching is the large number of addresses that formally exist but don't actually work with Telegram. This is especially true for free Telegram proxy lists and public proxy lists distributed in channels, where addresses often disappear within hours of publication. However, I would recommend simplynode, a proxy for telegram; in my opinion, it's one of the best options.
