RE: 🏆 The Curation and Engagement Leagues 🏆 - STEEM prizes available!

in #engagement8 years ago

I do make the rounds, especially if someone specifically mentions me. :) 100 comments a day over a seven day period with an average character length of 300 or more would pretty much beat me. I'd actually like to see someone pull that off. Because if it can be done, that means I might figure out a way to do it, too. :) @crypto-econom1st

Ha ha, "if someone else can beat me, then I can do better too!"

Hey, I guess I could just say, 'Bring it on!" and leave it at that. However, it's true. If someone can come up with a game plan that's legit, that isn't essentially spam, and can actually execute it, more power to them.

Especially if it actually serves the intended purpose of the league of getting out to all corners of Steemit and engaging. Really, if people were to increase their word count by a hundred or so characters, I probably wouldn't be in the running any more. Because if they're able to find that many places to leave a comment or reply they've got my main problem already solved. Then it's just a matter of taking the extra fifteen seconds it might require to come up with something else to add.

Then, I need to come up with something to counter back. Problem solving and improving upon what others do are probably the two things I really do best. The writing stuff I consider to be fun regardless. :)

You have a good grasp on what it would take and there's nothing like competition and necessity to get you to make changes. Maybe someone will come along who challenges you and it could take you to another level in your commenting game. Maybe it will open up new areas of Steemit that you didn't know existed. I'm still rooting for you!
