INGREDIENTS:
- Wheat flour
- Yeast
- Water
- Salt
- Sugar
- Milk powder
- Butter
- Anise
- Egg
PROCEDURES:
Make a crown and make a division in one of the sides where the yeast will go with part of the preparation water. On the opposite side add the salt, sugar, eggs and the whole water and form a gel, add the butter until it is completely incorporated and knead until it reaches a smooth and tenacious mass. Once the dough is finished, leave to ferment and portion.
