It is a small portion of cake, cake, sponge cake or cake with different recipes and variety of flavors for all tastes. They are made from a basic mixture of wheat flour, sugar, liquid milk, egg essence of vanilla and endless ingredients that make each cupcakes unique and delicious.

I recently graduated as a Chef, learning to make different main courses, appetizers, drinks, desserts, sauces, among others. Today in my publication I want to share with you some pictures of some desserts made in the kitchen workshop where I study, Asochef Maracaibo.

The cupcakes or as we call them here ponquesitos, they are delicious, covered with chocolate, peanut butter, almonds, peanuts, strawberries, are the ones that I bring here, this is a sweet work that gives me pleasure every time I make some for some family party because seeing the smile of adults and children when they taste the cupcakes make this facet of my life that is a sweet job for me.
